  • As usual, when I tried to create a new page, I found out that there was already a page with the same content and laughed.
  • It is clear that I have failed to plan for long-term goals when it comes to things that have clear evaluations (exam preparation, essays, etc.).
  • However, I think that things without clear evaluations (unexplored areas, personal projects, research, etc.) also fail in a normal way, although it may be harder to notice.
  • By using an environment with clear evaluations (such as university), I can improve this ability and make progress in other areas as well.

  • Now, looking at it objectively (202204), I wonder why I always did things like IA, EE, and essays at the last minute.
  • But when I was actually working on them, I probably couldn’t objectively evaluate the current progress.
    • Ultimately, since I am working alone, there is no one to manage the progress from a different perspective.
    • Would it have been better to talk to someone with an objective perspective about the progress in a wall-banging kind of way?
      • Talk to People When in Trouble
      • However, just sharing a vague sense of panic like “Oh no!” doesn’t seem to be enough.
        • I should increase the resolution of the sense of panic.
  • Or maybe what I’m seeking is not an “objective” perspective?
    • Maybe it’s a calm perspective.
    • It’s difficult to take a step back and objectively view my own situation when I’m constantly running.
      • So, it would be helpful to have someone who is not running the same route to look at it on my behalf or together.
  • The image of wall-banging
    • If someone tells me to “make a plan and stick to it,” then if I can’t do it, I should think constructively about why I can’t.
  • Maybe I should have used Keicho?
