Come to think of it, I used to be someone who was immune to stress, but at some point, I started accumulating stress and it broke me mentally and physically. When I think about when it started, I feel like it was around the time I stopped taking action immediately when I wanted to do something. Maybe around my late 20s. Instead of saying “today” or “next week” when I thought “I want to do ○○,” I started saying “eventually” or “next year,” and it feels like it’s quietly hindering everything… I feel like I need to take the phrase “there’s no time like the present” more seriously.
