• This seems like something that can be done and would be very beneficial.

  • Just worrying about it without taking any action won’t change the situation much.

    • If you can generate some kind of action from there, the situation will change and you will receive feedback, leading to progress, right?
  • Recent examples of things I was able to do:

      • => Articulating to the other person “why I was impressed” when I was impressed myself.
    • Considering Life Spring 2023
      • => Throwing a message to someone in this area that I wanted to connect with at Columbia.
      • => I received a reply and found a little bit of enjoyment in the current situation.
  • However, it’s difficult to do this alone, so it seems good to actively seek external stimuli in some way.
