  • Should I read it? (blu3mo)

Sections that seem necessary to read:

  • Engineering section, pages 17-24
  • Academic Resources, pages 39-43
  • Campus Resources, pages 45-50
  • It doesn’t seem too long after all.

        • It’s interesting that an anthropology person is in charge of Egleston, but he seems good.

Engineering section, pages 17-24 - AoE - The one that focuses on implementation. - Track 2 - UW - Track 2 - Calculus - There are several levels. - Calculus I - Calculus II - If you got a 6/7 on IB Math HL, you can take this (blu3mo). - I could have used the credits from the Komaba calculus exam here, but it’s too late now. - APMA E2000 - Physics - There are three tracks. - Applied-oriented 1400, math-oriented 1600, difficult 2800. - I’ll probably go with 1600. - How hard are the accelerated physics and honors math sequences at Columbia University? What are some good indications that I’m prepared to handle them and receive an A? - Quora - Chemistry - 14-1500 - 15-1600 - Intermediate - I wonder if it’s worth taking this. - 2000 - Intensive - If you’re a CS major, taking one of these during freshman year is enough. - If you’re premed or want to go into biology, take both. - CS - E1006 or W1004 - Wait, you can’t skip them? - Lab - I want to take physics. - In that case, do it in sophomore year, they say. - Nontech Req - UW needs to be taken in the first year. - Sophomore recommended: one Core, one Econ. - Anytime: Art. - Elective: 9-11 - Out of the total 27 non-tech courses, you have to take 16-18 of them. - Take the remaining 3-4 courses as you like. - PE - Take it twice whenever you like.
