• Reading at the UT-virtual book club (blu3mo).

  • Chapter 1

    • Discussion about VR, similar to the Baji Seminar Essay 1S Semester.
      • Meaning of “virtual,” etc.
      • Well, it makes sense since Professor Tatemori is the source of the essay.
    • Three elements of reality: three-dimensional spatiality, interactivity, self-projection.
      • I’m not completely convinced about this (blu3mo).
        • That’s why I talked about the AIP Cube in the Baji Seminar Essay 1S Semester.
        • Isn’t it limited to visual and auditory aspects when it comes to self-projection and three-dimensional spatiality? (blu3mo)
          • Well, it’s important, but I don’t think it’s as essential to the “essence” of reality as it’s made out to be.
        • But if we’re talking about the emergence of self-projection and three-dimensional spatiality as a result of multimodal interaction, then I can understand (blu3mo).
          • It might be more about the higher layers of perception (what kind of experiences arise as a result of various senses coming together).
        • But where does the basis for these three elements come from?
          • Empirical evidence…?
      • What’s the difference from the AIP Cube?
        • Is it a difference in the layer being discussed, whether it’s the characteristics of the experience or the result of that experience?
          • The former being the AIP Cube, and the latter being “three-dimensional spatiality, interactivity, self-projection.”
          • Hmm, but they seem the same to me.
