• My self-esteem mysteriously plummeted, probably due to fatigue.

  • Worries by Expressing Them in Scrapbox

  • What kind of self-esteem is dropping?

    • It’s not about abilities.
      • It’s not about concerns like whether I’ll be able to continue my studies in the future.
      • It’s not about my actions being overshadowed by AI.
        • (Although many people seem to be troubled by this recently, I’m not too pessimistic about it.)
    • My self-esteem in terms of communication skills and personality (?) was low.
    • What’s bothering me?
      • Simply put, am I interesting to people (friends, etc.) when talking to them?
        • What makes me interesting?
          • It depends on the other person, as in That’s True.
            • It’s about adjusting based on the other person’s interests and reactions, that’s true.
          • I’m not trying to be liked or entertained by everyone.
        • I worry that my ability to adjust and communicate effectively is not working well, and there have been several specific instances of this in the past week.
      • In addition to that, there were many specific instances where I was unsure if I was communicating effectively.
        • It’s especially difficult because depending on my mood, I can perceive the other person’s actions negatively.
      • Well, if I had many opportunities to talk to people, it’s natural that there would be more times when things don’t go well and I feel anxious.
        • Thinking that way makes me feel a bit relieved (blu3mo).
    • It’s a very vague term, but I feel like it’s related to my anxieties about my personality.
      • (Here, personality doesn’t relate to the discussion of AI vs. human personality.)
      • It’s about not knowing what experiences/interests/etc. I am providing to others.
        • Since I was told by an acquaintance in the past to simply ask people how they feel about me or if my recent remarks were not good, I’ve been trying to do that more often! (lnlog)
          • For example, by casually asking in the moment, “Hey, did I upset you just now?” (probably because it’s face-to-face), I found that the atmosphere doesn’t turn negative and my stress decreases - that’s what I think (lnlog) (lnlog).
  • /askyv/Maximizing Your Reward System(tkgshn)

    • It’s definitely good to urge people to explain the breakdown of emotions in detail.
    • I thought it might make me seem like a troublesome, troubled person, but it’s actually a rational behavior (blu3mo).
    • While digging through past pages, I found a page titled ”No Need to Forcefully Articulate Emotions” (tkgshn).
      • Let’s look back, lol.
      • This is not about communication with others (blu3mo).
    • Let’s make it a rule for Hell Stoic Village, lol (tkgshn).
      • “Emotions must be articulated.”
  • It seems to be related to keywords like Self-Efficacy (tkgshn).

  • In order to continually inspire each other, one must not shy away from articulating emotions (tkgshn)

    • I had someone write about the discussion of /askyv/Maximizing Your Reward System based on my story (tkgshn).
      • Explain in detail the breakdown of emotions.

      • Communicate why you were moved when you were moved to the other person.- > I thought it’s important to verbalize positive emotions such as enjoyment, fun, and excitement with each other as a straightforward solution to the mindset of wondering what is enjoyable or interesting about spending time with one’s own friends (so I will start doing it myself) https://t.co/sEsQdhGsOk
