Mechanical Pencil
- I like the metallic ones.
- I was torn between the Rotring 600 and Rapid Pro.
- I prefer the design of the 600, but I chose the Rapid Pro because I want to retract the pen tip.
- Both are quite heavy (25g).

Ballpoint Pen
- I thought about getting the Rapid Pro in a different color for the ballpoint pen as well.
- However, since Rotring pens are heavy, I decided to go with something else.
- I tend to write with ballpoint pens by gliding them, so if it’s too heavy, it might be difficult to control.
- Since mechanical pencils have friction, even if they are heavy, it’s not that difficult to stop.
- I have to write for a long time for the IB Exam, so lighter pens are more comfortable.
- The OHTO MULTI B-2+1 seems good.
- I bought it.
- The needlepoint is nice.
- NBP-507R
- NBP-1005M (discontinued, but said to be better than the 507R, so I’m curious about it).
- Blen
- It feels a bit different.
- Since I tend to hold it towards the bottom, a low center of gravity and a heavier pen might be more suitable.
