      • (akari) If you cook for yourself, it’s easy to manage your budget. I go grocery shopping about twice a week, and I make sure to check my weekly schedule so that nothing goes bad. lol
    • At that time, I was doing it with a casual mindset like “As long as I have carbohydrates, meat, and vegetables, it should be healthy.”
      • When there were no vegetables in the dish, I would put some leaves on top and call it vegetables.
      • Actually, it’s still pretty much the same.
        • I forgot about the “5 major something” thing.
        • When I arrange it on a plate, my goal is 1/2 vegetables, 1/4 carbohydrates, and 1/4 protein. (akari)
