I had a pretty long conversation with nztm and YukiMihashi on Zoom.
- I think I exposed all my regrets and lessons learned as cautionary tales.
- However, I don’t remember much about what we talked about… lol.
- So, I’ll write down what I remember.

I couldn’t conduct enough user tests.

On the other hand, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was delayed until early February to conduct experiments in the actual field, and it was disappointing that we couldn’t provide sufficient feedback on the developed software. (PM evaluation)
- Excuses:
- It took a lot of effort to prepare for each user test.
- Face-to-face testing was difficult due to online classes.
- Causes:
- The combination of “effort + anxiety about being criticized > expectations” happened.
- (It’s like If Anxious, Should Do It Sooner, but I wasn’t aware of it.)

I didn’t properly create a long-term schedule.
- I wrote something when applying for the Unexplored project, but it became meaningless after the pivot.
- I should have rewritten it at that time and aimed to achieve it.
