Dealing with the vague fear of uncertainty by putting it into words#emotion

  • It’s common to feel a sense of unease about something.

  • In those moments, I feel like it’s better not to leave it as just a vague feeling of unease, but to find a way to free myself from it.

  • I often use Scrapbox to write down and organize my feelings (blu3mo).

  • Even if simply writing them down doesn’t solve the problem, there seems to be some benefit in exposing my worries to the (trusted few) eyes of others.

  • There is a sense of psychoanalysis (blu3mo).

    • = Some criticisms of psychoanalysis seem to apply to this as well.
  • As a goal, there seems to be Converting Ambiguous Worries into Positive Next Actions.
