2021/8

  • It broke again.
  • In addition to what I wrote earlier,
    • It’s really annoying that all the two-factor authentication systems are no longer working.
      • I can’t use Mercari or my debit card anymore.
      • It was really tough not being able to access mysoftbank.

2020/12

  • I broke my Pixel 4.

  • Was it because I dropped it lightly?

  • I have been living without a cell phone for about a week now.

    • It’s not as difficult as I thought.
    • I have an iPad, so as long as I have WiFi at school, it’s not a problem.
    • It’s actually nice not having the urge to check my phone randomly, so it’s like a digital detox.
  • I think having a cellular iPad might actually be enough to manage.

  • It’s interesting to see which features of a “cell phone” are essential for me, considering there are so many functions.

  • In my case,

    • Flashlight
      • Ah, I see. There aren’t many people who carry a separate light (intuition), so the flashlight on a smartphone might be important (takker).
        • I always have a bike light or headlamp with me, so I forgot about its existence.
    • Transit guide
    • PayPay
    • Tethering
    • The Mist of the World
    • (Can’t quickly jot down on Scrapbox)
      • That’s too fatal (takker).
    • Suica (contactless payment system in Japan)
    • Can’t register LINE
      • (Because it’s a login system that relies on having a smartphone)
      • (I don’t understand the reason)
